RETURN POLICY

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
  • If the payment was made through COD, you will be prompted to provide your bank account details for a secure refund transaction.
  • Returns cannot be requested until the item has been delivered.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • If you received the wrong product, please share an unboxing video of the package.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product using reverse logistics.
  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
  • Do not share the OTP (One-Time Password) with the carrier if you haven't received the product.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact us through the "Contact Us" link. We will respond within 24 hours.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • By agreeing to use the Platforms and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on any of the Platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification.
