RETURN POLICY
- We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the payment was made through COD, you will be prompted to provide your bank account details for a secure refund transaction.
- Returns cannot be requested until the item has been delivered.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 working days of receiving the returned product.
- If you received the wrong product, please share an unboxing video of the package.
- If your pin code is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product using reverse logistics.
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
- Do not share the OTP (One-Time Password) with the carrier if you haven't received the product.
- To initiate a cancellation, please contact us through the "Contact Us" link. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- By agreeing to use the Platforms and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on any of the Platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification.
